The current version of the PHP/Math library is at http://www.phpmath.com/build02

The current version only includes the most highly evolved PHP/Math packages, namely, the 
PDL and JAMA packages.  There are the only packages that I feel comfortable releasing as 
part of a downloadable "PHP/Math Library".

Also, this reduced package offers the core classes needed for the REGRESS Project which  
will be the next focus of PHP/Math package develpment.  The PHP/Math Library will then 
consist of 3 packages:

PDL Package - Probability Distributions Library Package. 
JAMA Package - Linear Algebra Package 
REGRESS Package - Regression Package currently library under development
